Payment and Refund Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to payment transactions and refunds on HONEYTOON (“We” or “the Site”). It shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use.

  • Payment method

Our primary payment method is payment by credit/debit card unless otherwise stated on the payment page. Payments for the coins and subscriptions on the Site are charged in US dollars unless you see another currency sign on the payment page. Your bank converts your local currency to US dollars upon payment and may take the commission for this conversion or some extra fees for the transaction.

  • Purchasing Coins

A user may obtain Coins by paying the price determined by us. The purchase method of Coins, purchasing unit, currency, payment method, etc., are made available on the website. Coins are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Coins can only be used within the expiration date, and any remaining Coins will expire after the expiration date. No refund is possible for Coins that expired. The coin purchase method and prices are subject to change. Coins purchased or received by a user do not generate any profit from interest. Purchased Coins will be credited to the user's account that made the purchase. Coins do not constitute electronic money, stored value, or any form of financial instrument. We may notify users about upcoming expiration of Coins at least once (e.g., 30 days before and/or 7 days before expiration) via email and in the user account interface. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or revoke Coins in case of suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or violation of the Terms of Use.

  • Cancellation of Subscription Plan

Any Subscription Plan can be cancelled any time during the subscription period. Upon cancellation, your membership will not be renewed and there will be no further renewal charges. You will still be able to use your Subscription Plan for the remaining period of your membership till its initial renewal date. To cancel, please send a cancellation email to [email protected] at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the next billing date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

  • Refund rules

Generally, any fees you have paid for Products or Coins on the Site are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in this Policy.
Notice for residents of certain US states. If you reside in California and canceled the Terms of Use, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third business day following your registration on the Site, we will return within ten days of the date on which you give notice of cancellation, any payments you have made.
Notice for the EU residents. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or another jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, by purchasing Coins or Products, you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that such content is provided instantly. You therefore lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered.
Spent Coins. We may, at our discretion, refund the Coins that you have spent into your Member balance or return their monetary value to you for any of the following reasons:

  • Fraud, identity theft, unauthorized payments: your credit card was stolen or hacked, and your Coins were bought and spent through your stolen card or hacked e-purse;
  • Materially defective or unsatisfactory provision of services: the services provided were of substantially poor quality or failed to meet the standards reasonably expected under our Terms of Use.

Please note that providing a refund to you does not oblige us to provide you with any other refunds that are not grounded in due manner. We consider each refund request separately and decide upon granting refunds strictly according to this Policy.

  • AML Compliance

The total amount of Coins that can be purchased or held in one account shall not exceed the equivalent of USD 500 at any given time. We may monitor transactions for suspicious activity and suspend or restrict accounts where necessary for fraud prevention, security, or anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.

  • Refund Procedure

You may submit a request for a Voluntary Refund within 120 calendar days after your payment has been made if the payment was processed with a credit/debit card. We reserve the right to decline any request submitted after this period.
Every refund request must be accompanied by supporting evidence of the grounds for the refund (e.g., screenshots, transaction receipts). This allows us to verify your request and improve our service. We reserve the right to request additional information from you in order to process your request properly. If you do not respond to our communication within 7 calendar days, your refund request may be rejected without compensation and without the right to appeal.
We need a minimum of 48 hours to review your request and contact you for clarification or resolution, if necessary. We may provide you with a partial refund if your request is only partially justified or if we have evidence contradicting your claim. If any investigation is initiated based on your complaint, no refund will be provided until the investigation is completed. Providing a refund does not amount to an admission of any violation or unlawful action on our part.

  • Disputed Payments (Chargebacks)

A chargeback is a separate process initiated with your bank or payment provider and is not the same as our refund procedure. We strongly encourage you to contact our Support team first, as in many cases we can resolve the issue faster and directly. However, if you decide to proceed with a chargeback, we will cooperate fully with your bank or payment provider during their investigation. Please note that initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay the resolution of your case.
